It depends what version of Acrobat you are using. If you have Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader), then yes there is. If you have it, let me know, and I'll give you instructions.
If you have the time (and inclination) you can download a version of Acrobat 5.0 using Morpheous. I'll condede that to do my secondary applications, rather than printing out the forms and typing them, I snagged a copy from the file-sharing program.
