1. What is the normal adrenal gland HU in noncontrast CT?
2. What is the normal adrenal gland HU for enhanced CT in arterial phase?
3. What about during delayed phase?

Most adenomas have noncontrasted HU less than 10. Not sure about contrasted value. Washout is usually >50% if benign.
