Advice concerning LOR

i have a concern about my letters. I received a HP in my anesthesia rotation and honors in the ICU rotation. My attendings said they would be delighted to write me a letter...however since then, all my e-mails have been
gone unanswered. Any advice for me?

If 2 days have gone by and the attending hasn't responded... either they are ignoring the email or simply forgot about it. If its multiple time, he is probably ignoring it... not cause he hates you, but chances are he is just plain lazy. Just remember one thing:

You're future career is on the line... His isn't... Now is not the time to be bashful. Seek and demand!

Defintely need to set up in-person meetings to talk ask for letters of recommendation.
