For those of you lucky brethren who have been through the 2004 application cycle, could you share the following information.

School:
# of essays in Secondary Application: (e.g. 1 essay, no essay, 2 essays)
# of LORs requested
Time from when you submitted AMCAS to receipt of secondary application
Time given by school to return this secondary application


This info would be HUGELY useful to me, and scores of others.
