I think the fact that you got 3 MD II’s with low clinical experience shows me that you had a good app. With everything you’ve said that you will add, I think you have an excellent shot. Also you got interviews despite the IA so keep doing what you’re doing there.

I suspect that you need to work on interview skills.

Agree, nonclinical hours were definitely on the low side so I would focus your efforts on that area. But also with 3 active WLs I think you certainly have a shot for this year.
