Advice for Midwestern AZ interview

Hi guys my interview is coming up in a week and was just wondering how the interview process was at Midwestern! I am very excited and cannot wait! I have had other interviews so far and they were very laid back. Is midwestern the same or do they really drill you with questions?

Know basic stuff about their school, such as the mission statement Blackhorse90 has mentioned. I read through their website the night before, and picked up few words that inspired me and told them these values align with mine and it was impressive. You don't have to remember everything. Have some questions. Stay professional, and keep it calm! Good luck! They were pretty laid back for me.

They drilled me - it was a list of questions, about 15 of them they just kept asking. They want a lot of examples of your work, like your work ethics, making you come up with situations, how you handle customer service, etc... It felt really forced and formal. My two interviewers gave me straight faces the entire time.

Yes, KNOW the mission statement. I didn't read the website or anything the night before, but I was lucky to have written one of my essays on the mission statement for their supplemental so I remembered it. But KNOW IT.

Can I ask what do you guys mean by "Know the mission" Do they ask alot of questions pertaining to their missions statements about you as a candidate and how you can relate/contribute to their mission? My interview is coming up to, 1st one! Excited but nervous!

Yep! Exactly that. They will literally say "DO you know what our mission statement is?" and then stare blankly into your eyes LOL

During that question I felt like my soul was sucked out of me because I could only remember the mission statement from UDM who I interviewed at 2 days beforehand. I gave some weak answer, but then was like "I'm sorry". They just starred even longer at me sighed and said, "oh well moving on"
