I think the price tag is compelling when comparing between the two schools. If you ultimately want to work in California, you can make it work. Certainly ask your questions while you have time before deposits are due.

Finally, I love the idea of starting a social media presence during dental school, and I feel like LA could provide unique opportunities for this. Being in California might open more doors to connect with others and brands and expand my platform in ways that Arizona might not.

This! You mention you’re worried about being broke in dental school. Unfortunately, with the cost of attendance at either of these schools, you’re gonna be broke after dental school. All the more reason to go to your cheapest option. It’s going to take you a long time to climb out of that financial hole.
