Advice for PAT Keyhole & TFE

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
BC all the way! Keyholes and TFE were my worst too! What helped me was to go skip to the end of the exam on BC, end it, and review a couple questions at a time, but untimed. Dont look at the answers, but go through them slowly..take as much time as you need! Then once you start to read the explanations and get better, you can do 15 problems/ day and time yourslef...really helped me!

If you have any other questions, or need some advice, shoot me a message..Im more than glad to help!

I would recommend getting DAT Bootcamp. I haven't heard great things about Kaplan's PAT, but I also haven't used it. Bootcamp's generators are great practice, and once you get keyholes and TFE down with the problem generators you can go through the 10 practice tests and better gauge your abilities.

I couldn't do any TFE before Bootcamp but after using the visualizer and practice tests, a usual TFE problem takes me about 20 seconds. Just visualize the shape in 3d before you ever check the answers. If that doesn't work, compare each answer to an easily recognized given face and try to find errors. Takes longer but works for the more difficult ones.

Someone said it in another thread but PAT= Practice All the Time.
