Advice for RC? please help

Hey guys,

I have been practicing Kaplan method in RC the result is 18 all the time (I do two passages and then almost no time left for the last passage so I do it by giving choice C to all the questions)
I am worried because I know Kaplan RC is wasy easier than the RC in the real test
I saw some people here mentioning Search and Destroy method and I practiced it for the first time this morning... It was awesome because I was able to do all the questions in time... BUT I GOT THE SAME SCORE = 18 !!!


My exam is in a month from today and I need to improve my RC... so what do you guys suggest?

just keep practicing with different methods that people post
and find the method that works best for you.

I just did my first Top Score Reading comp. I got a 17. All 3 passages were scientific in nature and I read through the first passage in its entirety. I ran out of time at the end but I realized I had very little time left for the last 2 passages so I did search and destroy for those.

My next test I think I will skim and make notes of key words for each paragraph and number them. Hopefully that will help.
