600ish extra volunteering/leadership stuff over the past like 7-8 years
470 Research over past 3 years, several posters no pubs
3 II 1 Post-II R, 1 WL, 1 Ghost likely
Over 40 secondaries

New experience this cycle:
404 hours working at afterschool

(These ones below are new hours but same place/lab)
150ish new on research
100ish clinical
100ish non clinical stuff

If I reapply this cycle I will also have:

What was your school list and where were your interviews?

600 hours volunteering or doing leadership over the course of 8 years is very vague. If much of this was in high school and didn’t carry over significant to college, it is of lesser value. Ditto if much of this is tutoring or having a position in a student association.
