Hi all,
I am beginning to hear about interviews. I was wondering if any previous interviewees had any words of advice (i.e. interviewer's questions, interviewee's questions, what to do what not to do). I have already looked at the arro website and the previous post on this forums. I am looking for any additional advice for Radiation Oncology residency interviews, specifically. Thanks so much, mts

major advise: its a small field. Dont be a jerk or cut throat. Dont try to stab colleages in the back (ive seen it dont at interviews). Attendings can see it and you'll get knocked right off the list regardless of your app (ive seen it). good luck.
