Advice for SUNY application essay question

I'm currently writing the mini essay for one of the prompts on the SUNY application and it asks about leadership skills you posses and to list examples. I'm having a little trouble since they said to keep it 50-200 words. I'm writing it in a story like format where i start off by saying 3 main qualities I have and how i demonstrated them through an experience, but I feel that just listing 3 is not enough.I'm lost at what I should do.... any help would be greatly appreciated!
