I'm almost finished with the DPT/ ETSU app. My question for you ETSU students/ grads, is what are your thoughts on the program? Caliber of your education & professors? Complaints/ praises for the program?

I applied to another program as well and keep hearing from those grads that they barely made it through the program. Does this hold true for you ETSU students/ grads? It's a given that we'll be working our tushes off in grad school but to have everyone (9 out of 9) say they "barely" made it through. Well, it gives me pause over the caliber of that program. So, what's it like for you guys at ETSU?

Did you find out any additional info about this program? I too just finished up my application for ETSU for the Spring 2011. Were you notified of an acceptance or interview yet?

Does anybody else have a interview at ETSU DPT on August 7th?

Do you mean August 7th? I have an interview then.

No not at all! I honestly have no idea what to expect. 🙁

How did your interview go? I hate that we have to wait until the end of Aug to find out!

I felt that my interview went great...but I was put on the waiting list. How'd your interview go?--were you accepted?

I was accepted but was able to defer until next year....so maybe that will open up a spot for you! 🙂

Has anyone heard how many hours of observation ETSU like to see? Their website specifically states that:
"There is no specific number of clinical hours required, however, each applicant for the entry-level DPT program is expected to have thoroughly investigated the scope and profession of physical therapy"
