Ok, so I'm 3 months out, and my current hope is to put aside maybe 2 days a week for just step 1 until i'm done with classes, after which i gave myself 3 weeks after classes to take step1.

Basically I have decided on my resources (already too many). FA, RR Path, HY MCB, 5 BSS books, Qbook, and plan on getting Uworld for 2 months.

How much time should I spend on books vs. questions while I am still taking classes? Any advice?

When I was in your shoes I focused on books during March and April, and did questions from Robbins Review and Webpath. I bought QBank (UW did not exist then) at the beginning of May and did just 50 questions a day, every day. I spent 2-3 days a week reviewing with books, the rest of the time focusing on class. After the last final, I cut back on this books a bit and increased to 300-400 questions/day.

I didn't use BSS so I can't comment on how to integrate that.

I'm happy to hear you aren't using the full 5 weeks after finals. Having the cumulative Micro final is to your advantage as you won't need to spend time reviewing the subject if your test is close enough to keep the material fresh.
