What was your MCAT score?

It looks like you already got some interviews, so I think I vote for taking some upper level science classes at any major local university (best one you can afford to take classes at) and making sure to ace them. Postbac isn't a terrible idea, but they are SO expensive and it seems like you're already on the cusp of being "there" as far as acceptance. If you already have a job, etc. and don't want to move and aren't independently wealthy, etc. then I think just taking more classes and maybe an MCAT retake would be a good plan.

I'd go for the upper division sciences, I think moving for a post bac is kind of silly. Esp since you already live in a big city that has plenty of univs. You might want to sched an apt w/ a med schools recruitor or admissions advisor or whatever to see what they would suggest.

Agree with above...would think you'd just want to stay put, keep your Texas residency, and raise the GPA a little bit. You already got 3 interviews, so it shows you are at least within the acceptable range to some of these schools.
What is your MCAT score?

I'd think you can just take classes at UT San Antonio, or maybe Trinity U, etc.

+1, add the upper division courses locally.

As long as you take classes at a 4 year school, med schools couldn't care less how you took them (formal vs. informal post-bacc).
The benefits of formal programs are that some have linkage agreements, but if this is not a concern, no way would I move just to go to a "formal" program.

If you don't get in this cycle, make sure you call the schools you interviewed at and get some feedback. Make sure there are no hidden problems with your application.
