Advice needed please!

I'm scheduled to take the exam in 14 days.
So far I've read First Aid twice and pathoma twice. I've gone through UWorld once and got through about 1/3 of it in my second pass. I took NBME today and got a 230. I'm trying to optimize studying for the remainder of my dedicated and was wondering what you would do if you were in my shoes to get the highest possible score?

Have you watched pathoma or did you just read the book?

I watched them twice but haven't read the book.

and also, what kinda do you think is reasonable to expect/strive for with the time remaining?

You could bump that up 10-20 points still with a ton of hard work!

I did UWSA and got a 243. the NBME I took was after an all-nighter so that might have contributed to the 230 right?
