Advice needed

  1. If medical schools were to contact the business and my manager were to pick up and deny that I started working 1.5yrs ago (instead of since August) and that I was the one who implemented the service above, would medical schools give me a chance to tell my story, and would they accept it? I do want to clarify, this is supplemental work; I have volunteering, medical experience, and work experience in other parts of my application, so I am not relying on this activity to “check” any boxes, though it does show leadership skills (from me talking about implementing the service above).
  2. Should I tell the manager about this? Again, like I said, I have anxiety and am worried that if they were to get fired (they are “relatively” new to the business), they might inform medical schools since really I have no proof that I accomplished and was responsible for the service besides my relative’s verification (while the manager has proof that THEY accomplished the service since they emailed the company). Would getting their signature attesting to the roles/responsibilities I listed protect me from this?
- Your contact is unlikely to ever be contacted
- In cases of discrepancy, medical students are given the opportunity to tell their story
- Relax. There are many things to worry about. This is not one of them

I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. But like I said, every single thing is stacked against me if med schools decided to contact the business and the manager picks up as they have no knowledge I started working as early as I did, nor would they know that I was the one who thought of implementing the service (and I have no proof that I did implement the service whereas the manager has email proof from the business that THEY were the ones who implemented the service instead of me). And I find that while I do have someone who can verify that I did do the things I did, they are related to them so it is not really objective. Taking a step back, my explanation makes it look like I exaggerated that I was the one who implemented the service, in reality I only contributed to it but I talked in my W/A section as if I was the one who did it all by myself (because at the time that was exactly what I thought since I didn't even know the manager was involved in the project).
Chill.

Not an adcom, but medical schools receive thousands of applications. Do you really think they'll go through the process of googling the business you put down, looking up managerial information, then calling them?

Also, if your primary application is already processed, what do you think you can do about this anyway?

I was just curious if this will be seen as an issue to adcoms with the conflicting information or if they would assume I fabricated my role. Just wanted some advice on how it looks and what I should do
An adcom gave you advice and you dismissed it.

I do understand (and feel a little myself) the anxiety some people may have about verification because, even though it's very unlikely, it's possible for them to do random spot checks after the acceptances have been handed out (after the thousands that you mentioned have been dwindled down). But anyway, OP, if they decided to spot check you on this one activity, I very very very seriously doubt that they would go beyond the contact you provided
