I'm currently thinking about dropping the first quarter of my bio-sequence and taking bio again next quarter. The problem is, I can't take it in the summer because they won't give me any aid, and I want to go abroad next fall (junior year). Could I take an upper level bio class to replace this or could I even take it senior year? This class is only genetics and evolution, so it won't affect the rest of the sequence. Thanks!

How is an intro level Bio class that includes genetics not a pre-requisite for upper level classes? By the way, genetics is a topic tested on the MCAT, so be careful not to dismiss it hastily.
