Hi everyone,
Congrats to everyone who matched this year. I am an IMG, but I'm also a US citizen. My scores are as follows.

Step 1: 190s
Step 2: 220s
4 months of USCE
3 LOR

I had 4 interviews last year in FM. Can you guys tell me your thoughts on how I can make myself a better applicant for next year? Research, Volunteer, Step 3, observership?

You should definitely take Step 3 and ace it since your Step 1 is horrible and your step 2 is well below average. Can you try and get a research position at one of the programs that interviewed you last year? I don't think volunteering is going to do anything for you. With those step scores and being an IMG you're definitely fighting an uphill battle. Good luck.
