advice on lecture notes

Hi

I'm writing Step 1 in 2009. Will it be adequate for me to get Kaplan lecture notes (2006-2007 edition) to get a good score on the exam? Where's the best place to buy the lecture notes? I'm not from the states.

I found lecture notes on ebay, and people selling pdfs that they made from scanning the books for cheaper.
