Advice on Preparing for USMLE Step 3 CCS?

Besides practicing the cases on the CD provided by the USMLE, and the USMLE website, what are some good study aids for the Step 3 CCS?

the minicases at the back of the First Aid book haven't been too helpful. any suggestions would be helpful.

USMLEWorld has 88 CCS cases which are about the same as the first aid minicases. They are helpful but if you already looked at First Aid, then probably not very useful since they are just notes.

USMLESteps123.com has 40 interactive CCS cases. They are good practice but the software is a little different from the real exam.

Stay away from passfirst - poorly written.
