Advice on reliability on exams

Hey there i was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on the reliability on different practice exams relative to the actual mcat exam. Specifically the kaplan practice tests the princeton review practice tests and the sample AAMC online practice test.

Also when you guys took the real exams did they change in comparison to the practice exams?

princeton review is a lot harder in terms of the details of the content.
AAMC practice was a lot easier than the actual.
