Hello! I will most likely be applying to OT programs for fall 2017 and my number one choice is Shenandoah in Winchester. I love the campus, the area, the hybrid format, and its reputation. I meet all the requirements, but my GPA is in the low 3s, so I really need to boost my application. I know shadowing/volunteering in several different areas will look great, but is there anything else I should do to make my application stand out? They seem so competitive and from what I gather GPA isn't everything to them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated from previous students or students who were accepted to fall 2016. Thank you!

Hey!! I was excepted into the Fall 16' class! I did not have a high GPA, but with a lot of hours and great recommendations I was still accepted. I made sure I was always in contact with them and visited the school and OT staff. My GRE wasnt too high either, but I think all of my field work really caught their eye! Good luck!!
