Advice on what to do in summer before applying?

I'm doing a BA in Chemistry and will be applying next summer..
I dunno whether it's whether more beneficial to find an intern in chemistry, pharmacology research experience or study PCAT and take summer course?

By the way, Do you guys know whether schools will accept if I only complete the lecture component of anatomy and physiology? It only offered the lecture component in my city. Thanks a lot

try to find a school where they teach both the lecture and the lab. and take it at the same time if you can. do that during the summer if you have to.
