Based on your stats, you should have a pretty decent shot if you apply EARLY and BROADLY.
As far as the decision between med school & pod school ... only you can make that decision. There are arguments in favor (and against) both options, so you've got to go with your gut. Think about what you want to be doing for the next 30 years, and what kind of lifestyle you want.
