I am in a bit of a conundrum and would love to get some advice. I will be applying to DO school during the 2015-2016 cycle. I am currently taking an Anatomy class at a community college for fun, but realized that it could be used to boost my AACOMAS GPA for the cycle. However, the class ends May 31st, which means the grades won't be transcript official until June 10th. Would it be better to submit my DO app on the day that DO apps can be submitted (June 1st), or wait the 10 days for my grade to be transcript official (June 10th)? In other words, is bumping my cGPA and sGPA up ~0.02-0.03 each worth stalling on submitting my application? How much of a difference does 10 days really make, in the grand scheme of things?

For further information, here are the stats that I will be applying with:

If you know the grade, you could input it into AACOMAS on day 1 and submit, then just wait til the official transcript is available to send on day 10. This year, it really didn't make much of a difference as long as you were still in the first month or so.

I would just submit day 1. It takes 6 weeks for the application to be ready to send out to schools. In this time your transcript you order june 10th will have caught up with the application prior to being sent out. Plus I don't think it would make a difference in terms of gpa 0.03 isn't that much of an increase

Which CC are you taking Anatomy at? I'm in the same boat but don't know when grades come out.

day 10 will make no difference. you will be in the first batch of students regardless. so i say go with day 10 since you got nothing to lose. Even though schools say rolling applications they review them in batches...so someone that finishes everything 1-2 weeks in advance won't be reviewed earlier exactly.

Day 1 or day 10 doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it take extra time to get verified even if you delay by a couple days?

There isn't really going to be a difference in waiting for verification. Maybe at most a week extra in waiting which doesn't matter. You probably wont start getting secondaries from schools until early-mid July anyway. The secondaries are what you want to get done as fast as you can, but at the same time spend plenty of time on them to make sure they are quality.
