Advice? Taking DAT in 2 1/2 wks

Hey guys, earlier today I took the first TopScore practice test and it sort of bummed me out and made me start to wonder if I should push back my current test date. So I am kindly asking for any advice in regards to the matter 🙂 I have taken the Kaplan course and I am half way through Chad's Videos. I am also doing the CDP along with Barrons AP Bio and DATQVault.

Here are my scores for the practice tests that I have taken so far:

Since TopScore is supposed to be a fairly accurate measurement of how you would do on the actual DAT, this worried me...I really want to score a at least a 21 on the exam and I was wondering if 2 1/2 weeks is enough time to get me there. I know I still have 2 more Topscore exams, but I am freaking out a bit I am also wondering if I would be able to go over the DAT Destroyer in this time frame, and if not, if pushing back my exam date would be worth it to purchase/complete the Destroyer (along with the Math Destroyer). I know to wait until several days prior to my current test date before making any adjustments, but I would greatly appreciate getting some early insight. Also, any recommendations on where/how I should focus on my studies would be great.

you are in great shape. just remember , these practice exams give you a ballpark figure of your progress. i have spoken to various students with averages below yours ( practice test avgs) that have done better on the real exam than the practices. do NOT put off the test, you are good to go. Remember, look at the big picture, how have you done over various practice exams, not just one. You should focus more on bio, thats the only section you should really stress. GL

Thanks for the words of reassurance; I am probably overreacting. I guess I just feel the need to be scoring 24's on the TopScore exams in order to get what I really want on the real thing.
I also have the hyperlearning books..Does anyone know if reading the Plant/Taxonomy section of Barrons and then switching to the Biology Hyperlearning book for the rest would be better than just Barrons all the way?
