For better or worse, no matter what you think of those around you, no matter what field you are wanting to go in to, you should plan on being the nicest, sunniest, happiest SOB around. Stay late? "happy too" Can you grab the residents food? "Nothing would make me happier" Can you disimpact that patient? "It would bring so much joy to my life to do it."
