Took step 1 and got my results about a month ago. Got 207. Im a fmg, need a US visa but i am doing my 3/4 years in the US so i will have clinical exp here...

Is family/internal med possible? I dont care where... Will apply 2015 match 🙁

how is the rest of your app?

apply broadly but it will be certainly tough. Rotate away at places you are intersted in, do way better in step 2
