I have one week left before my exam....and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to spend that last week.
I have completed 90% USMLE world, 90% Qbank, BRS physio 2x, RR path (on my 2nd round), listened to Goljan 2x, pharm (still working on via USMLE world and FA), going through FA right now.
Is FA really helpful.....I mean should I buckle down and know it inside and out before the test or should I spend the last week studying something else? Also, I bought the HY cell/molecular bio book 1 week ago...but have not touched it yet...should I read this? Or is it a waste of my time this close to the exam?

I want to maximize the time I have left

Any advice would be helpful

thanks in advance

do the hy cell/molec...1 readthrough

then do USMLEworld questions in batches...try to go as fast as possible while preserving accuracy (to build stamina)- I recommend doing batches of 20

reread FA for any USMLEworld questions you get incorrect in this manner

good luck!

I think restricting your study sources is what I learned during my exam experience. It's best to just know ONE source cold...cover to cover, like FA 🙂. You get distracted with too many sources and you won't end up knowing any of them well enough.

But for the last week, i'd just read FA over and over and over. Memorize it (every syllable)! and, if you have HY cell bio or BRS cell bio, it may not be a bad idea to look that over. And...last of all, try to read the first 8 chapters of BRS pathology. General path is pretty high yield.

Good luck on your big day! It will be the fastest 7-8 hours of your life!

Pick 1 or 2 sources and hammer them. I think FA is a great idea. BRS Path is also good.
