Hey i am a junior at university of north florida majoring in biology my gpa is 3.45 all my grades are A and B and one W i am planing on applying this year to dental schools so when is the best time to take my DAT, whats my chances and does it matter if i apply before taking my bachelor will it decrease my chances because i will have my bachelor in spring 2009 and thats before dental classes begin thanks

If you are going to have your bachelors before dental school begins, it shouldn't be a problem.

Take the DAT as soon as possible, but don't take it early if you're not well prepared.

Apply as early as possible, but don't apply early if you're not going to write a good personal statement, and have the LOR and transcripts ready.

If you do the above, you'll be accepted early, but not too early (since you'll have to wait until at least Dec 1st haha  )
