Hi guys,
I ran across a dilemma. This semester, I started researching Alzheimer's at a lab. I was signed up for one credit hour (which was def. not enough for me to learn anything). My prof is working on a publication and asked if I was interested in taking part. I thought this was a great opportunity so I said yes. The problem is--he demanded more hours from me. I already had a 17 hour course load and he wanted me to work atleast 8 hours in the lab. Well, I tried it and it just became too hectic. I decided to accept my AP Biology credit and drop the course. I now have a W on my transcript. Was this a valid reason? I did do a search thread, and I only ran across one that was slightly similar to my situation. Any thoughts?
