Looked through the big thread on people's experiences (very helpful), but because everyone's situation is different, I just wanted to see if anyone has advice on the best way to structure my remaining study time

I have 2.5 weeks until test day. I've read about 1/2 of step up to step 2. Right now I've only completed 14, 44Q each UWorld sets w average score in the mid-upper 70s. I own but have not started reading Secrets.

Right now, I'm getting through about 3 sets of World questions (thoroughly..approx 9hrs total) and reading (skimming) about 1 chapter (1.5hrs) of step up each day. At this rate, I'm not sure I'll even get through the Qbank, which I know is most important, but I don't feel comfortable cutting down my reading time much more either, bc I'm sure I won't be able to get through both Step up and Secrets.

Advice?

You're taking a long time to get through the qbank. You should be able to cut it down to 2 hours or less, which will free up a lot of time. Doing it on tutor mode helps speed it up and just do timed for the last week.

Your scores are good now, at least. If you take a day to read through secrets you should be hitting high 70s - 80s.

Thank you for the recommendations.

Hopefully it won't come down to this, but it it does, would you recommend one run through of both step-up to step 2 and secrets vs 2 run throughs (and hopefully really learning vs passively reading) of step-up?

absolutely

Another question for those who have tackled this-- If you have just a few days left, is busting through secrets 1X more high yield than reading over the notes taken while doing uworld questions and redoing incorrect uworld quuestions?

Yes. However if you have >1 day then you should be able to do both. I read the entirety of secrets the day before my exam and looked over my notes the night before. Shouldn't take you long to bust through the book. It's fairly thin and straightforward.

As always, repetition is key. Ideally if you dedicate yourself to read one chapter of secrets a night, then blast through it again a day or two before your exam you'll retain more.
