I have never taken A & P course before. What textbook as well as coloring book do you recommned.

The book is taught in my university is Anatomy and physiology By: Michael P. McKinley, Valerie Dean O'Loughlin, and Theresa Stouter Bidl

Any tought about that? appreciate your feedback

If this is for your free time, enjoy life and read fun books.

If you're really set on getting an A&P book, it depends on what you need it for. Regular university A&P courses are not geared towards physicians / med students, they're more for nursing, PT/OT, etc.
