I am preparing for NBDE part 1 please advise me what to study ?How to get better score although I have dental decks but the questions in the exam are way different please advise me , how to proceed ? I am getting depressed......

Hi,
Don't get depressed. It takes time and hard work to succeed. Part 1 is a little bit hard cause it has a lot of basics, a lot of information that was studied a long time ago. It doesn't have much practical information that is hard to forget. It is very imprtant that you go over released exams, u'll find that many questions are repeated.
By the way u r not supposed to know all the answers in the exam, u just have to know enough to get a good score.

HI,
Dont get depressed. u gonna study all those subjects that we have already done in our BDS course, the only difference is the pattern of the exams.
also those being mostly non-clinical subjects for us ,is difficult .also the basic sciences topics have been done way back in our first yr.
dont worry,it just requires concentration n hard work.
u can use the decks , papers but also kaplan notes.
decks r useful but very brief, u should refer kaplan to clear the concepts rather than just mugging up of the questions.
also use ur texts for refernce.
u should altleast do 2-3 times of revision(my personal opinion).more the better....
