AEGD for licensure in Florida?

This may have been covered in another thread but after an unsuccessful search i thought i'd just ask. Can a person obtain a florida license by doing an AEGD in florida (or anywhere else?). The florida dental board licensing website doesn't really seem to elaborate on this. Any feedback would be nice...

The only way to receive a full dental license in Florida is to take the Florida exam in Florida.

No, Florida isn't one of the states that allow you to obtain a state license with a residency.
