AEGD/GPR Interview Invites 2014-2015

Any updates on interviews or acceptances? Been rather quiet on this thread....
 
Got an offer from the Jesse Brown VA GPR in Chicago. They gave me a week to make my decision.

I got interview call from st mary's gpr today for dec 12th.

I called University of MD last Wed, the girl in admission office said they'd just started reviewing the applications for AEGD last Monday, I applied to all DC and MD GPR & AEGD programs, so far only heard back from one GPR program in DC.
 
Applied to LMC AEGD in NM, and UNM AEGD.
Interviewed at UNM in Oct 2013.
Respectively declined interview offer at LMC after hearing from UNM (see below).

Offered position Nov 19,2013!!! I am pumped! Anyone else on SDN headed to NM?
 
Has anyone heard from Lutheran Medical Center - Los Angeles, CA AEGD program? Their deadline was Dec 2nd. Haven't got any email from them.
 
Has anybody heard from NOVA southeastern, CAse western univ, OH and marquette univ for AEGD?

I heard that Nova and Marquette sent out all the interview invitations. I never got anything from them, so the assumption is that they dont bother sending a rejection letter to the remaining applicants.

I called both the schools today, nobody picked up the phone,,, 🙁
 
What's happening people,, has anyone interviewed/selected at NOVA SE/Marquette Univ/Casw Western for AEGD?
 
I've interview at Nova this week with 23 others! :|
They don't pick up the phone, neither reply emails! :S

Hey,, when did they send out the interviews?? i mean which month?? December??
 
yes, mid- December.
But i never heard from Marquette.
 
Hi all,

Did anyone interview at Boston University for AEGD. Please post your interview dates and if you have heard back ,your acceptance dates. Any idea how many US trained dentists are accepted? Also any information about Marquette and Maryland. No updates since quite a while.🙁
 
i too wanna know about Marquette Univ,,, their unresponsiveness is making me go crazy,,,

i just called marquette univ,,, they sent out the invites long time back in december,,, and never bothered to send out the rejections,, so that we dont wait having false hopes,,, this is ridiculous,, after waiting for months you get to know that you've been rejected,,,

huhhhh,,, anyways guys,, good luck to those chosen ones,, and keep the hard work going on for the rest of us,, good luck

I know of two that have accepted but there may be more that were offered or that have accepted that I don't know about. I have no clue whether the positions have been filled or not.

GPA
Foreign or citizen/GC
NBDE
TOEFL
American experience
Volunteer work
Research experience/Publication
Where you got the call from or selected at,,

It may help others for next year,,,

Do most of the non match programs offer acceptances only after match cycle is done? Are most non match programs yet to declare their results. Any input is appreciated.

I only applied to MATCH programs but from what I've heard from fellow classmates, a lot of them received acceptances from non-MATCH programs by mid-December.

Hey! have you started your aegd at unm? Can you tell me what you think so far? Strengths? Weaknesses? Would you recommend the program?
