DAT score 2nd time.

PAT: 20
QR: 20
RC: 18
BIO: 17 😕
GC: 20
OC: 16
TS: 17 😡
AA: 18

sGPA: 3.53 oGPA: 3.64
Work as dental assistant for pediatric dentists (part-time) for last couple years.

Feeling very crappy, I spent majority of the time on BIO and OC (~ 70%).
I have no clue how I drop from 19 to 16 in OC.
What are my options now?

Your scores aren't horrible, but they aren't great either. You are borderline average with one score below a cutoff of 17 for some schools. If you are applying now give it a shot (If you have a good GPA and ECs). If you don't have a stellar GPA or ECs, then I would plan on retaking while watching Chad's videos if you haven't already and do Destroyer. Use Bootcamp/Datqvault for practice tests and use 2009/2007 ADA practice DATs a week or so before your retake. You still have hope...maybe share your study habits and I can help out.

I took the DAT today and got destroyed in organic as well. If we had the same math test, did you want to strangle people after getting the cat question?

I took the test last week. I didn't get any cat question for QR.
