Hi everyone

I didn’t get calls from the schools I interviewed at yesterday even though I thought the interviews went well (and I have a source telling me I did very well) and my stats were above the average accepted candidate (for the most part). I’m not too stressed because I figure I’ll get waitlisted at the schools and am currently in a masters post bacc, so I’ll be able to update grades and all that soon. I’m also working in the dental field still and racking up even more hours then I sent initially on my app (and I updated schools around October). My question is, are acceptances ever given after December 1st, but before getting a waitlist email? I keep reading that in some cases not getting a call yesterday isn’t the end of the world. Please let me know, thanks!

I hear it's still possible to have a seat offer in December. Coming from one school representative, at least, I was told they would send out 10-15 offers on Dec. 1st and go on from there. I'm hoping this is the case.

Oh, and people with multiple acceptances withdraw their seats so that opens up room for us! Just don't know if schools would wait till January to start extending offers.

Yeah that makes sense, but do you think people who didn’t hear yesterday are probably going to be put on a waitlist today or tomorrow? Or do you think the schools will keep taking some people (even though it’s after dec. 1)
