I have a few questions regarding the changes on step 1:

1.What do you guys think about NBMEs and UW Self Asses s? do you think they will correlate the same way?

2.Will those changes be effective right away in every prometric? You know small cities

3.Do you guys think it well really take more than 6 weeks to get the result?

Thanks

1. yes
2. no (this says so in the release on their website)
3. yes

🙂

1. I have heard UW kinda overestimates your score AFTER you have done UW or underestimates BEFORE you are through with UW.NBME on the other hand is a fair deal anytime.I would use both to gauge my study though.

2.Prometric says it will take time at 'certain' centres, with this i assume the transition will not be swift at certain centres, non-US territories or the like..:xf:

3.They also say that expected release date would be july 14th for all post may 15th test takers, with that clearly said , yes i think thats gonna be the case. However, that will not deter me from feverishly skimming my inbox 10 times daily....:scared:

Dude seriously. I gotta wait almost 2 months for my score (take it on the 24th). Good thing I'll have third year to distract me. 😡
