After the Dean's letter...

I got an invite on Monday from Vermont, which seems to be related to Dean's letters coming out. But it seems like most of my programs have already done most of their inviting. I know there were a lot of comments on the interviews I've been on about how much earlier they are doing their inviting now.
Someone mentioned on the IM board that they felt like Nov. 9 would be the magic date. I have no idea what that's based on, but I guess it would be a reasonable time for programs to sort through the letters.

Sounds like reasonable dissembling to placate the crazed masses...
Honestly, if I wanted to design a system with the intent and purpose to drive previously normal, intelligent young minds absolutely crazy, I think that we'd have a good start with this application process for you all.

I have a late lor that should post today. I was wondering if I should email a few of the programs that I have not heard from to look for the lor. I understand that their system automatically uploads new documents from the postoffice, however, at this late in the game maybe most don't either bother looking at applicants they have previously looked at already. So, should I email/call to ask them to review my application with the new lor? Thanks
for some reason I expected responses on monday 🙂 at least a few rejections maybe? not so much.... I haven't gotten anything from the 6 progs I'm waiting on
