Hi,
Quick Question: Is it possible to retake loans for a post doctoral program knowing that u were paying the 4 years of DMD with loans?
Is it better to start working directly or are we allowed to take loans again?

Thanks

I took out the full boat of loans in dental school, graduated, and started an OMFS residency. I finished my intern year, then started in the third year of medical school. So, again responsible for tuition, I took out new loans. Your other federal loans will automatically go into deferment, but you'll have to fill out some forms for any private loans that you have. So, the answer to your question is "Yes".
