Hey, what happened to that aghast1 fellow? I wanted to argue with him some more about how ******ed his ideas about ketamine and BIS were? Who banned him?

There is only 5 books in store. You better hurry up and grab your copy.

He stopped coming the day he got canned from Larry King. I speculate the producers saw all the crap he wrote here and how immature he was handling issues. No politically correct talking head would post skewed views here, and insult people, in their right mind.

However, I do believe his technique works well for skin procedures where local is used freely.

His technique is basically letting the surgeon do 75% of the anesthetic and him hagging a little bag of propofol then giving 50mg of K 😱 if i can live large from that tell me where to sign

His technique does work and it has it's merits, the problem is:
1- It's not his technique, it's just a form of MAC that we all do.
2- He is presenting it to the lay public as a revolution or a new approach to anesthesia which is misleading to say the least, although there are many examples of people on this very forum who claim that they reinvented anesthesia and that they have their unique way that no one else can understand (not mentioning any names).

Hear, hear.
