I was just filling out the application for the Air Force and wasn't sure what to say for my DAT score. Since there's only one slot for the score, which DAT score do I put? Do I just put the Academic Average? or do i put the overall DAT score which is the average of the AA and PAT? I am matrixed either way, but I just wanted make sure I am putting in the right score. Thanks.

Academic Average only...your PAT score is ALWAYS exclusive to the rest of your DAT average.

When I applied I had to put my overall DAT score, however, they also asked me for a copy of all my scores. You should contact your recruiter to see if he/she knows.

They will require that you submit a copy of the scores that you received after you finished your DAT. If you don't put your DAT score in the original application it probably wouldn't hurt anything, but I would just throw the Academic average in there to be safe.

Good luck with the HPSP! My application was completed today.

One thing that I have to say to all those Air Force HPSP hopefuls is that you need to submit your application before the end of December at the latest. Last year all of the dental corps scholarships (with the Air Force) were gone by the second board date in January. Just a heads up for you guys.
