I just started my time as a pre-pharmacy student, and I'm already looking ahead to what I would like to do as a PharmD.

One of the options I am excited about is the prospect of joining the Air Force and serving as a Pharmacist there.

The one answer I cannot seem to find anywhere regarding Military Pharmacists is what kind of rank progression they expect. There are lots of posts, and websites dedicated to what a physician can expect in regards to rank but nothing about pharmacists.

If I decided to stick out the whole twenty years what rank could I reasonably expect to retire with?

You get the same rank as a physician, because a PharmD and MD are considered equal as professional degrees. You're a Lieutenant during pharm school (if you get an HPSP scholarship) and get bumped up to Captain right after you graduate. I've also heard that you can expect to be Lt. Colonel by the time you retire.
