Thoughts on AK Lectures on Biology (not biochem) and physics?

Biology is particularly good if you do not have much background regarding a subject or its been a while revisiting a particular subject. If you have a good overall understanding of a topic, the videos may be too detailed for the MCAT. Less experience with the physics videos, but I remember the Electricity playlist helped a lot during undergrad physics. This might be the right level of detail or if anything slightly too much if I remember correctly.
