What are these and where can I find them? I have been hearing a lot about him and his notes haha.

Alans notes are good notes to look over for the bio section. It is clear and concise, and I saw a lot the topics he outlined in practice test and destroyer.
just go to predds.net, go to the outline section for bio and you well find it under alans notes, along with other helpful stuff! good luck

Alan's notes are definitely a helpful tool in studying, but make sure to do some other content review ((Cliff's) first, because they are very concise and may not be as helpful as if you are able to fill in the gaps with your own knowledge. Also, I found it helpful to add to Alan's notes in areas that I was weak in.
