Can anyone tell me the best way to get to Albany Medical College from south Jersey and where they spent the night at, if it wasn't with a student host?

I stayed at a Red Carpet inn. It SUCKED! If you are a non-smoker, do not, for any reason, stay there. On the non-smoking *floor* I was on, the room absolutely reeked of smoke- it was in the carpet, and coming up through the bathroom vent!
Oh yeah, and they didn't have the king-sized bed I had reserved. They put me in a room with two fulls, one of which had a totally busted frame. It was too late at night to find another cheap place to stay, unfortunately...
Otherwise, make sure you do a dry run the night before your interview. The school is not hard to find, but better not to take chances.
