I received Albany's package in the mail. It contains that impressive patient-file brochure of the medical school, but mentioned nothing about secondary. I am just making sure that what I received was just the brochure and that they will send something later to request that you fill out a secondary. So far, I haven't received that second letter/email and that is why I am asking this question to make sure. Did anyone received a request after that initial package to fill out secondary? Or am I missing something here?

if you read what it was said in that package, they mentioned that they will be sending out secondaries in about a month or so.
