I am having trouble with albany medical school's secondary. Specifically, with the essay that asks "Describe yourself"....I'm fine with writing about anything...but i just can't seem to describe myself. I am supposed to brag about how hardworking, dedicated, and intelligent I am? Any suggestions?

nope - albany doesnt screen

for that, i more or less wrote down a list of adjectives that describe me, and knowing that its all kind of generic [i mean, come on, every one is going to describe themselves as compassionate....] i showed specific examples of when i demonstrated them. didnt allow for a lot of description, but i preferred to do that rather than list 15 personal qualities. good luck!
